Geomodeller
Experience:
We are looking for a geomodeller to join our dynamic reservoir characterization team. The role offers the opportunity to become involved in decision making processes as well as the possibility to advance research in integrated study teams.
The ideal Candidate will have a degree in geoscience or a related discipline. He/she will combine and visualize third party geological data using leading 3D modeling software and afterwards calculate reservoir distribution and reserves. The position requires knowledge and/or experience in geostatistical data analysis and data mining, strong computational skills and three-dimensional thinking. In addition the applicant should be a good communicator in spoken and written English with the ability to present his/her solutions to the customer. The appointee is a flexible and self-motivated person who is willing to take responsibility and can work effectively and in a team environment. We are looking for a patient and creative new team member who brings innovation and enthusiasm to their work.
Education:
Master degree in Geology or related discipline.
Skills:
Strong background in geostatistical data analysis. Experience in 3D Modelling software is desirable but not essential. Strong verbal and written skills are taken for granted.
