Data Quality Control

Is the log giving you the right answer about:

  • the structure in the vicinity of the well?
  • fault orientation?
  • sediment body orientation?

Prior to processing and analysis every data set undergoes a rigid control with regard to vital tool functions such as:

  • the instrument’s navigation system,
  • correct calibration of mechanical measurements, and
  • accurate operation of instrument sensors.
